Dr. Qiana Brown, a US Army veteran, is the President and CEO of TrendologyIT Corporation. She also leads the corporation’s efforts in translational science with the purpose of aligning state-of-science research with practice efforts in public health, education, and medical technology. In addition, Dr. Brown also oversees the research department; directs program development and evaluation; and ensures the company is in compliance with legal and ethical research standards. Dr. Brown earned her PhD in drug dependence epidemiology from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Department of Mental Health. In addition, she completed a three-year postdoctoral research fellowship in substance abuse epidemiology at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, Department of Epidemiology. As an epidemiologist with a strong background in research design and statistical methods, Dr. Brown brings a wealth of knowledge to TrendologyIT Corporation and is an invaluable asset to the company. In addition, Dr. Brown holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham; a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Alabama; and a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Auburn University.
